- Extrinsic staining usually happens surface-level and manifests as yellowing that covers the entire tooth. Strongly colored foods and beverages, such as wine or black tea, are frequently the cause of extrinsic stains.

Patients who take their oral health seriously are eligible for the Whitening Rewards Patient Loyalty Program. To preserve a healthy and attractive smile, we think it is crucial to keep up with suggested hygiene care sessions and get the required dental treatment.
Patients who only see the dentist when they think something is wrong tend to spend more money on dental care overall than those who have regular hygiene checkups and receive prescribed treatment. Often, those who wait until an issue arises suffer irreparable harm to their jaw, teeth, and/or gums.
For patients who already take their oral health seriously, the Whitening Rewards Patient Loyalty Program was created. Following a dental care treatment plan and whitening procedure purchase, we provide complimentary whitening touch-up syringes for life if you visit our office for routine maintenance.
Terms and Conditions
Our Whitening Rewards Patient Loyalty Program comes with exclusive benefits that are only available to patients who meet specific criteria. Some factors that affect the eligibility to apply are:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- As directed by your dental expert, you must complete an initial hygienic cleaning, X-rays, and examination, then schedule a follow-up appointment for three to six months later.
- Buy the initial tooth whitening trays and bleaching material at the cost of $99.00. Payment is due when impressions are taken.
Lifetime Maintenance Conditions
Once you have been accepted as a member, you must:
- Continue your dental care by scheduling hygiene appointments every three to six months, as directed by your dentist.
- Avoid short-notice cancellations, as failing to show up to an appointment with less than 24 hours notice may result in disqualification.
- Respect any guidelines or instructions given by your dentist or this dental facility.
At any time, we reserve the right to:
- Modify the terms and conditions.
- Stop, alter, or pause the program.
- Refuse to provide whitening syringes or any other product to a member if we believe it is essential to stop usage, abuse, or negative health effects.
- At our sole discretion, we may reject or cancel a person's membership.
We will try to let members know about any changes at their next meeting, but we will not be held responsible if we can't.
Member Benefits
Once you have met the Eligibility requirements and are subject to the Lifetime Maintenance Conditions, you will receive a free whitening syringe at each re-care appointment, up to four times annually. Lost or destroyed whitening trays can be replaced at $25 each. Note that whitening may cause a difference in color between natural teeth and any dental restorations.
